Wednesday

  • 9:30 AM–Participants arrive at VR, unload, unpack
  • 10:15 AM–Group Meeting––Event Overview, Introductions, Icebreakers
  • 11:00 AM–Assign Teams/Groups/Partners
  • 11:15 AM–Rotation #1–Facilitated by VR Staff (4 Groups: Rock Wall, Team Building, Leap of Faith, Laser Tag)
  • 1:00 PM–LUNCH
  • 1:45 PM–Rotation #1 Debrief; Understanding Others’ Experiences
  • 3:00 PM–Rotation #2 (see above activities-switch up order & participants)
  • 6:00 PM–DINNER
  • 7:00 PM–Group Meeting–Icebreaker/Debrief the Day; Group Leader Presentation/Program
  • 8:15 PM–Meetings Ends; Free Time in Dining Hall, Town, Porches 

Thursday

  • 7:30 AM–Breakfast
  • 8:30 AM–Group Presentations in Dining Hall (Led by Participants); Observed by Group Leaders
  • 9:15 AM–Group Leader Presentation: Expectation, Falling Short & Exceeding 
  • 10:00 AM–Rotation #3 (refer to above)

  • 12:45 PM–Leader Presentation–Understand and Appreciating  the Unified Goal

  • 7:30 PM–”How to Better Yourself & Your Company” Part #2
  • 8:30 PM–Group Activities in the Dining Hall

Tuesday

  • 7:30 AM–BREAKFAST
  • 8:30 AM–How to Better Yourself & Your Company” Part #3
  • 9:30 AM–Small Groups and Debrief
  • 11:00 AM–”Serving in the Workplace” Part 1 (Inform Teams about Group Projects)
  • 12:00 PM–LUNCH
  • 1:00 PM–Small Group Meetings (Discuss Projects)
  • 2:00 PM–Recreation Rotations (Basketball, Football Field, Frisbee, Pool, Volleyball)
  • 5:30 PM–”Serving in the Work Place” Part 2

  • 12:45 PM–Leader Presentation & Group Discussion: “Diverse Personalities & How They Create a Stronger Team”
  • 2:00 PM–Rotations (Laser Tag, Ropes, Rock Wall/Zip)
